How much space is required?
A coin parking lot can be operated with space for 2 cars (approximately 10 tsubo).
As a guide, approximately 8 tsubo per car space is used for calculation.
(Example: If you have a vacant lot of 80 tsubo → approximately 10 spaces can be installed)
Is it possible in residential areas or regional cities?
Yes, it is possible.
Our company particularly excels in residential areas.
We will conduct an on-site survey and then provide a proposal.
Are there any initial costs when operating as a coin parking lot?
All equipment, signage, and construction costs are covered by our company.
However, costs for work other than the parking lot, such as building demolition or fencing, will be borne by the owner. Please feel free to consult us if you wish to keep initial costs low.
Can it be combined with a monthly parking lot?
Of course it is possible.
We will propose a coin parking lot that is clearly separated from the monthly parking lot.
I plan to build an apartment building in a few years. How long is the contract period?
The basic contract is 2 years, with automatic renewal thereafter.

How long does it take from the request to the opening?
It depends on the scale, but it is approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the contract is signed.
The equipment installation work itself takes a minimum of 2 to 7 days.

During Contract
When is the rent paid?
We will pay the current month's rent by the end of the previous month.
In the case of a contract or cancellation mid-month, payment will be made on a pro-rated basis.
Are there any costs such as electricity or management fees after opening?
Excluding public dues and charges, all costs after opening are borne by our company.
Is there anything I need to manage after opening? I am worried about potential troubles.
All management, including cleaning, collection, and emergency trouble response, is handled entirely by our company, so the owner will not be troubled.
Will my income vary depending on the coin parking lot's sales?
Since we lease in bulk, we will pay a fixed monthly rent.
At Contract Termination
In the event of a land sale or inheritance, is it possible to cancel mid-contract?
Yes.
Since this is a temporary use contract, mid-term cancellation is possible.
How will the land be returned after cancellation?
All removal work for the parking lot will be carried out by us.
Since all above-ground structures will be removed, it is possible to continue using the site as a monthly parking lot afterward.
However, this does not apply in cases where the owner initiates cancellation within the initial contract period.
I am concerned about disputes over rights. Are there any initial costs involved?
The contract type is a "temporary use lease agreement," so no rights whatsoever — such as surface rights, leasehold rights, or business rights — will arise.
